Over my 30 years as a psychologist, I have helped many individuals and families overcome obstacles and feel better. I work hard to understand the concerns which bring you to therapy and the circumstances which are impacting your life. Therapy can provide new perspectives and help you find the strategies and supports which will make a positive difference.

It’s not easy for most of us to ask for help.  With this in mind, I offer clear guidance about what you can expect from me and my approach to therapy.  I have experience in addressing a range of concerns, including: anxiety, depression, attachment and connection, school adjustment, life transitions, family conflict, as well as athletic and academic performance.
